How to export subscribers from GetWaitlist
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In To Your GetWaitlist Account
Visit GetWaitlist and log in to your dashboard. - Navigate to the Subscribers Page
In the dashboard menu, click on Subscribers to access your list of sign-ups. - Export your Subscriber Data
Locate the Export button on the Subscribers page. Click it to start generating your subscriber list as a CSV file. - Download Your CSV File
Once the export is processed, a download link will appear. Click it to save the file to your computer. - Verify the Data
Open the CSV file to confirm all subscriber details are included, such as email addresses, names, and custom fields.
Important Notes
Here are a few tips to handle common issues during the export process:
- Data Missing: Double-check the fields and filters you’ve selected for export. Make sure all necessary data is included.
- Export Delays: For large lists, the export process may take a few minutes. Allow additional time if exporting a large number of subscribers.
- Formatting Issues: Ensure the CSV file is formatted correctly and contains the proper headers for smooth importing into Waitless.
How to export subscribers from Loops
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In To Your Loops Account
Head to MailerLite and log in with your credentials. - Go to Subscriber page
On your dashboard, click on the Subscribers tab to access your audience. - Export your Subscribers
Click on the Export button to begin the export process. You may be prompted to choose a data format for your export. Select CSV for compatibility with Waitless. - Select the data to export
Loops allows you to select specific subscriber groups or segments. You can export all your subscribers or filter based on tags or other attributes. - Download Your CSV File
Once the export process is completed, you’ll receive a link to download your CSV file. Click the link to download the file to your computer.
How to export subscribers from MailerLite
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In To Your MailerLite Account
Head to MailerLite and log in with your credentials. - Navigate To Subscribers
On your dashboard, click on the Subscribers tab to access your audience. - Select The Subscribers To Export
Choose whether to export all subscribers or specific groups/segments based on your needs. - Click The Export Button
In the Subscribers tab, locate the Export option and click on it. If exporting a group or segment, ensure it is properly selected before exporting. - Download Your CSV File
MailerLite will generate a CSV file. Once it’s ready, download it to your computer.
Important Notes
- Missing Data: Double-check that all desired fields and segments are selected during export.
- Export Timeouts: For larger lists, allow additional processing time or split the export into smaller groups.
- Formatting Errors: Ensure the file is saved in CSV format for smooth import into Waitless.
How to export subscribers from Mailchimp
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In To Your Mailchimp Account
Visit Mailchimp and log in to your account. - Go To The Audience Dashboard
Navigate to the Audience tab in the top menu. If you have multiple audiences, select the one you want to export. - Access Manage Contacts
Click on the Manage Contacts dropdown menu within the Audience page. - Export Audience
Choose the Export Audience option. This prompts Mailchimp to compile your subscriber data. - Download Your CSV File
Once the export is ready, go to the Audience Exports section under the Reports tab and download the CSV file.
How to export subscribers from Beehiiv
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In to Your Beehiiv Account
Navigate to Beehiiv and sign in using your credentials. - Access the Subscribers Tab
From your dashboard, click on the Audience or Subscribers section. - Select Export Subscribers
Look for the Export Subscribers button, typically located in the top-right corner of the screen. - Choose Your Data Range (Optional)
If you only need specific data, select a time range or segment. - Export as CSV
Confirm the export, and Beehiiv will prepare a CSV file containing your subscriber data. - Download the File
Once the export is ready, download the CSV file to your computer.
Important Notes
- Ensure your file includes all necessary fields (e.g., email addresses, names, custom fields) for a smooth import into Waitless.
- If you encounter any issues, Beehiiv’s support team can assist you here.
- Double-check that you’ve selected the correct filters and fields.
- For substantial subscriber lists, allow additional processing time or split your export into smaller segments.
Receive push notifications
The easiest way is to use our LogSnag integration. LogSnag is a realtime monitoring service. It offers a free plan for up to 2.500 events per month. Alternatively, connect Zapier and a notification service of your choice.
Connecting LogSnag
- Install the LogSnag app for iOS or Android.
- Sign up to LogSnag and create a project and channel.
- Go to the LogSnag API page in Settings and create and copy a new token.
- Go back to Waitless to Integrations and click "Connect". Paste your API key and enter your project name.
- You're good to go! Enable push notifications on your device.

Webhooks

Any endpoints will subscribe to all the following events for now:
- subscriber.created
- subscriber.deleted
- subscriber.unsubscribed
- subscriber.updated
Signature
Makes sure to copy your webhook svix signature by clicking on the copy icon next to your endpoint like below.
